I'm Ankit Ahuja — founder of Techfficiency, an independent technology transformation consultancy, and a PMP-certified Program Manager with 17+ years delivering enterprise programs that sit at the intersection of operations, systems architecture, and organizational complexity.

I've led POS transformations across hundreds of retail locations, orchestrated payment encryption programs under full regulatory scrutiny, and managed enterprise ERP rollouts at Rogers, HBC, Walmart, and Element Fleet — across Grocery, Liquor, Pharmacy, and Fuel verticals — and currently across a federated cooperative model spanning 160+ autonomous retail entities.

I write production code, design integration architecture, author business requirements, and deploy AI-powered tooling that executives actually use — not prototypes. My CS foundation isn't decorative. I've shipped RAG systems, live PMO dashboards with CI/CD pipelines, and programmatic document generators — all while running the programs they support.

I bridge the gap most organizations struggle to close: between technical architecture and executive decision-making. I can classify integration patterns with enterprise architects in the morning and present program risk in four sentences to a VP in the afternoon.
